    Default 5th week seedling?

    Hello all!,

I have posted here before concerned about my slow growing plant (liberty haze) and now its in its 5th week, still growth is very slow.
The roots have been growing though, about half and inch a day.

Is this typical of Liberty Haze?

Everything is DWC standard and i am pretty sure it isnt lights, water, tempurature etc.

For some reason the plant is still in the VERY early stages despite germination occuring over 5 weeks ago.
    what do you guys think?
Do the leaves look kinda droopy?

I'm not sure what your problem is and I'm not a DWC expert, but that is one tiny plant after 5 weeks. That plant should be 8"-10" tall with at least 5 branching sites and nice fan leaves by now.

Sorry I can't help you more.

They normally look like that 5 days after popping, I know they do more below before they start to grow but things are looking a little stunted, what are you using for light?

Vincent: There's a lot of things that can cause slow growth that you didn't tell us?
    1. What nutes are you using
    2. Do you have an air stone in your pot?
    3. What light frequency/color are you using, how far above your plants is it, and for how long?
Get back to us and maybe we can help you. HSA

Thanks for the quick replys guys.

ok, i am using no nutrients and i have a 2 inch circle airstone with a 160L/H airpump.
I am using 2 6400k CFL lights at 12watts each at about three inches away from the plant at 24 hours a day.

everything else is pretty much normal DWC.

    What do you think?

Start a new grow. But don't give up on that plant it can be unique.Just keep it going and see how it does because it looks practically healthy.

Hello, I also have a liberty haze which looks exactly like yours but mine is 3 weeks from seed, so about 2 weeks old. If the roots are growing then the baby is still alive. Like sneakerhead said keep it going, feed it 1/4 strenght nutes and see if you get a growth spurt.

Where is your water level at? I have seen plants stunted because of improper water level in DWC. You need to have the water splashing up into the roots then slowly lower the water level below the net cup level. You do this only once you see roots popping out. I would not toss it just yet unless the water level has been maintained as I stated.
