If your can safely remove the one that's ready you can flush her separately without affecting the others. You can get a white one gallon plastic paint bucket and lid from The Home Depot. All you have to do is to cut a hole in the top and install your net pot and a separate air stone. I painted mine blue because there's a lot of light that can get in. You might also want to give her a dose of B-1 when you make the transplant. I hope that helps. HSA

All solid advice. I have experience with doing more than strain in a bucket. With the different strains needing different nutes/ec levels They tend to compete. You will find that some of the smoke is awesome while some will suffer.
