I totally agree. Just be a sponge right now and focus on learning your craft. I think the biggest challenge for new growers is learning to be both proactive AND reactive. Getting your nutrients and pH dialed in is imperative, but once you're able to respond to your plants needs you'll be a far better grower getting both the yield and quality you're after. Keep up the good work man!
Any updates man? Was looking forward to see this run

I am a new grower so by no means a pro. If i post something wrong do not bash me, politely correct me and you might earn some rep. Avatar by BigBuddahCheese
with that small space, try to keep the plant numbers down 2-4 plants max imo
some strains/phenotypes, do not produce very well at all if kept very small with a single cola
others can do quite well even when very small, until you find the right plant to do this, it would be better
to grow fewer plants to allow each of them to get bigger
you will want to flower them when the plants are still small. maybe 4-6 inch .. they will still grow a great deal 2-3ft tall is still possible

no prob bro, i ran into an issue around week 5, i pit in snowstorm ultra and burn and shocked the daylights out of them and so although it is week 8 they look like week 6. also i have no clue whats up with this lady, big cola no, but after week 5 she stayed like that, no resin or anything...week7noresin.jpgweek7noresin2.jpg does anyone no whats wrong with her? i've given up hope for her... her are her sisters tho, they are pretty just petite because of my debacle in week 5week7.3.jpgweek7.4.jpgweek7.5.jpgweek7.6.jpgweek7.1.jpgweek7.2.jpg WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Your first grow looks like it is going to produce some viable smoke and honestly that is the most important thing right now, especially since this is your first run. Keep up the good work and you will definitely get the hang of things fast. Your cabinet is pretty nice and if your growing for you and you only I doubt you will have any problems with it not being enough. Looking at your plants they look they have been stressed and over-ferted, also the pH issues you discussed are apparent but honestly they are not bad and as I said they look better than some of the other plants I have seen recently. Good luck and happy growing.

man im thinking of buying the same cabinet. I dont see how people say you could have built it for 200 bucks. a good light set up for that would cost more. congrats on your grow. Im going to be getting one soon as well just trying to do more research first. debating on dropping a load of cash on a BCNL cabinet. Im lookingfor a compact and profitable set up for me and a few friends to keep us medicated.. Good stuff and best of luck keep us posted on total output.
