Dj Ruiners feeble attempt at his first DWC grow...Jacks Classic only.

Damn, the party girls getting big, love the name btw!! You think that thing is going to finish before the end of december, looks like she might flower for a while!

I've got 3 little sprouts that are just getting there true leaves, 12/12 from seed in a party cup is the plan.. I wonder how long they will take to show sex on this light schedule, any experience with 12/12 from seed?

I have some Jock Horror I have growing right now just vegging but I heard some people taking it 15-16 weeks! Suggested is 11-12 but the high gets totally changed it was interesting listening to it, I believe it was a YouTube video. I'm assuming the Jack's Classic is a sativa as well.

im pretty sure jack classics is just the nutrient he is using, I use to use in when I did soil and soil less its cheap and pretty effective granual fertilizer with complete micro already in it I stopped using it when I started DWC because I was unsure about it working.

the name is fitting for her...and i hope it will finish by then..if not..im not to worried about the contest...now i just wanna see how much i really can get out of it.and i just looked back...its only 11 days into flowering...seems like longer then that but its not.and im going 12/12 on the dwc...these was on 20/4 before i switch to 12/12 to flower...so doing my first 12/12 myself

most sativas do take much longer...but they also tend to grow much taller...which is why they take longer to flower...really depends on the strain...each is different.and jacks classics is the nutes im using jacks classic grow/bloom.pretty much covers everything i need but Mag and Cal...so to make up for that im using 1 tbls of epsom salt for mag and eggshells in the water for cal...and ph up/down since i have shitty tap water.i have a mix of that and a mix of AN's big bud and 1 tbls of molasses that i use every other feeding with the jacks classic.my ph runoff is right at 6.0...never thought it would hold ph so well will all i was pumping into it

jacks as been working great for me..used it to finish off my last plant and doubled its size right before harvest.and the plant im growing now is in soil with a couple inches of perlite on top....it was a project i had going that i didnt plan on keeping the plant..but after getting a now almost 2 foot plant in a party cup..i had to keep her after she showed hairs....its now growing about an inch+ a night....but im currently germing some seeds to start my dwc grow...im going to use the same nutes for my dwc grow as i am for the party cup...like you said wasnt sure about using jacks classic in dwc...so i figured id do a good test of this stuff in hydro setups...maybe give a final answer on that...i have yet to find a real answer.only thing i wont be using that im using now is the molasses...i know thats a no no for hydro

no big deal man...i feel ya there.half the time im not even paying attention when im typing in here....surprised if even half of it makes sense.

got some new pics tonight...also...again...redid my grow box.since im keeping the back off during lights on time..the vents and fans was kinda pointless and taking up room...so i pulled them out..redid the lights...put up a lil rack on the side to hang stuff..lights,meters,run wires....fit perfect in the box and helps like a mofo getting the lights where i want them.ive got the new dwc in the box waiting for the seeds to pop...and still got party girl sitting in one of the nets pots...and now the roots are starting to grow through the bottom and down into the water...but shhhh..dont tell...it will dq me in the party cup contest
