Can this be healed ?

That stem is more than just bent. It looks like it is starting to decay. I would say leave it for now, chances are it will do just fine, but keep an eye on it. As long as it is alive you should leave keep. As for it healing, I doubt it will ever heal completely.

Hey Old Hippy. Thanks for stopping by my grow journal. I'd keep a light on the plant and see if it makes it. If it does, you'll have and extreme-maximum supercropped plant!

I also checked out your album. If the most recent pictures are your grow, your plants are coming along very nicely. Super bushy!
