    Default Stealth hydro nutes/measuring?

Just started using their nutes this week and am having a hell of a time trying to figure out the amounts to use. On their directions they say one bag of grow nutes to a resevoir. Does that mean a full dose is one whole bag in my 6 gallon res!? I've seen others mention adding a half teasoon every other day. And I'm told by their addvertisement that there is enough nutes for 6 months!? Can somebody explain how much to start with and how much to use per water change..Thanks guys this kinda threw me...

I've got the first bag of micro and grow used this wk a little at a time so I won't be changing water till next sat. I was just wondering how they figure these packets will last 6 months ? The way I figure it there's enough for 6 wks of grow nutes and 6 wks of bloom if I change water every 7 days and use 1 packet per change 1/2 at a time ( half on sat and add the other half on wed) ..? Does that sound about right? I plan on ordering "recipe for success kit" from Technaflora. I've read some great things about ease of use supposed to be very simple. And I like things simple !!Thanks for the reply..Robbie

Depends on what brand of nutes you use. Also, it's a good idea to use a ppm & a pH meter so you get it right. The SH nutes won't last 6 months, but they say it will.DONT add the MICRO the first round of nutes. The plants dont need it yet. Mix 1 packet of GROW in a mason jar or ?, then add it 1/4 to the res., then wait 2 days and add another 1/4 until the jar is empty. You might use a mesh strainer to disolve any nutes that dont disolve. Then, just top with water for 2 weeks, then change the reservoir. The 3nd week (first drain and replinish) you mix the GROW seperately from the MICRO. Don't dissolve them together in the same jar...ALWAYS mix & add nutes seperately.
