any one use HESI HYDRO ? help

im ten days into flowering and am wondering when i should start using the
PK 13/14 it says after three weeks but im wondering at what point during a plants flowering period is it best to use the pk 13/14
i hope that made sense if not heres the schedule but i dont htink it is set up for marijuana plants but not sure im sort of new to this
