Your totally right, but after reading some of these tutorials and looking at stealth grows lights.

Is it possible I can shy away, for now at least and get away with good results using my current t5 lights and Dual spectrum II bulbs for flowering? They have two kinds veg and flower.

Another thing what is a decent PH meter that is under 100 bucks?

I did look around, but the thing is I did see any reviews of a decent meter. I can find a meter under 100 bucks all day, but is it reliable?

Yes they do offer diffrent light spectrums. here is the link http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/pr...rod=42&xSec=40

So I will try out these nutes, http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=4 as they are ph balanced and ind. packets.

So going with those lights I shown the link for above, how many you suggest? Two flowering dual spectrums II or even 4?

Remember its just for 4-6 plants in a closet with my current lights.

hmmm those lights seem good..but are they dual spectrum like...both spectrums in one bulbs or do they send u the lights and the reflectors one 2700k and one 6500k...cus if so thats a waste of money cus u could goto home depot and buy all that stuff for like 20 bucks.....im jus confused of whether those r regular cfls sending u diff spectrums or...a dual spectrum bulb.

Roseman your guide was quite strict on ph... With that being said, and looking up to you as a teacher, what can you recommend in my budget that will get the job done. As I read your madness when comparing 2 different meters. As well the different readings u get when turning on and off outside the water and inside and moving it in the water.

I have 6 plants flourishing and thriving under two 85 watt 6500K bulbs and one 65Watt 2700 k bulbs today.
I have grown very successfully with only a few CFLS and I've seen hundreds of successful grows on this site with much less bulbs or lumens or watts
