- What lighting is best? CFLS if you do not wnat to vent the heat, HIDs if you can vent the heat.

-Is the lighting schedule the same for these systems as regular hydro (18/7, 12,12) Yes, but I VEG with 24/7 and Flower with 12/12.
- High yielding strain which is also potent for a beginner? Northern Lights
- How far should the lights be from the seeds/plants
CFLs or HID?
-How long should i veg and flower? VEG Indica for 4 to 6 weeks, and Bloom for 8 or 9 weeks.
