great response, but, if i place water level half way up net pot, how deep do i place my cube? my tap water has little to no chlorine, but thatnks. and i have a 400 hps, 2-4 inches seems extremely close?

my understanding is that you want the water right at the bottom of the netpot to start with. if you submerge it in the water you could drown your seedlings. the air bubbles cause enough moisture to keep the rockwool and hydroton moist. rockwool holds moisture very well. this is just what I got from doing research not actuall experience. you might want to read up on it a little more. I could be right but I could be wrong so dont quote me on this. once you see roots you can let the water level drop an inch or two below the pots. hope this helps. I plan on starting my bubbleponics setup soon. cant wait.
