Default LED grow light, what do you guys think?

Ok so I found a company that makes pretty good LED lights, here are some of their claims for the light. It's either this or this 400w lumatek system i found online that has the interchangeable HPS n MH bulbs. Ok so here are the specs for the LED light.

    Features Input Voltage - 110 +/_ 10% 50-60 hz
Power Output - 120 Watt (More powerful than a 500 Watt HPS)

    LED Configuration - 112 x 1.07 Watt LED, 100 Red + 12 Blue
    BridgeLux Blue LED (USA Made)
    Lux (center) - 118 Lux/2.5m 55 lux/3.5m
    Lumen - Approx. 3600 Lm
    Lighting Coverage - 12 SQ. FT +/_
    Lifespan - 50,000 Hrs
    LED made by BridgeLux (USA)

    WaveLength - Red=630nm, Blue=452nm

What throws me of is the amount of Lumen. 3600?!?!?! thats nothing, is that correct or am i missing something? I wanted something with atleast 20,000.

And the Wavelength, anyone know if those are the optimal numbers for photosynthesis?

All the help is greatly appreciated.

Forget the LEDs and just go with the 400W HID. Leds might produce the correct wave lengths, but nothing can make up for the lack of lumens.

I'm growing with a 400W HPS and they girls love it. If your worried about power or heat, go with CFLs, I've seem fantastic grows using only CFLs.

Dont waste your money. LED's will get you low yield and light fluffy buds. You won't like them. It's more effective to get a 400 w HID switchable unit. You can use the mh bulb for vegging and the hps for flowering. It's way cheaper and it works best.

Notice that link has no information about lumens? It's been tried and proven that while stuff may grow under them, is no where near as good as a hid or even cfls for that matter.

I would go with an LED/CFL combo. CFL has the right spectrum and wrong spectrum. We know red and blue work. Mix CFL with Blue/red LEDS. You get more light in that spectrum.

When evaluating the benefit of LEDs don't pay attention to lumens. Lumens is a measurement of what the human eye can see. Instead, focus on the PAR value. PAR is a measurement of what light plants are after.
