Phew, long ass title. Sorry about that.

Okay, so I was brainstorming on how I wanna do my first grow, and how I could keep it going using the same equipment.

My first grow will be for personal use and for SOME "gifts". I will be using auto flowering lowlife seeds at first to get the hang of growing, and will then step up to bigger and better strains.

I have attached a diagram I just made explaining exactly how I want to do it.

For my first grow, Area A will be used for the perpetual autos, planting the first res with six seeds, and a month later planting the second res with six seeds from a different lowlife strain. They will both be running off the same pump and lighting system on a 20/4 cycle.

I will have to kill some males at first, but I'm going to take one female from each strain and use the Light Poisoning method to turn it Hermie thus pollinating itself, creating feminized seeds. I want to continue a perpetual lowlife grow for a long time, so I need those seeds to make a SOG from lowlifes.

These females will be kept in Grow Area C sharing a pump and lights, but will have a divider between them to keep the pollen away from each other.

Area C will later be used for mothers of full sized plants, which will be clones of the Area B grow. I will then clone these mothers and use Area D as a cloning area.

As far as Area B goes, I want to use LST (Low Stress Training) and topping to create a SOG out of two full sized plants.

I will be mainly using diggitydank420's DIY Bubbleponic System with a few personal touches here and there.

My diagram pretty much explains it all as far as I can tell, if I left anything out, please let me know.

Does this seem plausible at all or am I just insane?

What sized totes are you planning on using? 20gals?

sounds like a good idea to me... I'm about to start a DWC myself, have 8 seeds in germ atm and 2 clones in rockwool almost ready to go.
I plan on rigging up a CO2 diffuser to my airpump... something like a 2 liter bottle with yeast sugar mixture for the co2 after the airpump but before the rez... i hear people using it in aquariums all the time and i'm excited to see how it works out with bud =]

To the best of my knowledge, there is no need for a co2 diffuser in DWC, you want an oxygen diffuser for the roots---- leaves take in c020- roots take in oxygen to breathe

hey man i dont know if your still reading this but im pretty sure you cant really mother a auto because the bud starts my the plants age not light cycle so after about 2 weeks if it is a male is will show and if it is a fem it will usually be 3 weeks so after that point i think it will just naturally bud imo i dont think it will work but if you just keep getting the seeds then it is deff a good idea but as far as making the seed you should just let them grow and then select a mom and a dad and then either let it work naturally or pollenate yourself and take the seeds and just keep doing that would be the best thing to do
