So you want to hide your clones do you ? well this is the best way I have found to grow marijuana without the prying eyes of anyone around you. This tutorial is called the 007 clone grow box, this will allow growers to leave your clones by themselves without checking on them for a while. The 007 grow-box will provide your plants with the sufficient amount of light and air circulation. So this little box WILL SELF WATER YOUR PLATS

So enough with the bullshit lets get creative

The collection of parts needed:

• One Go down to wallmart and grab a rubbermaid box make sure it is hinged. ($22) Do not be cheap and by recycled plastic, it should say somewhere on the box if it is recycled.
• One two foot dual fluorescent light ( 2 lights one ballast) (I had one laying around from my other clone setup) if I can remember it is $20 for the setup and $20 for the bulbs
• One two meter length of 1.5 milimeter three core cable (cheap)
• One 13a male plug with a 5 amp fuse fitted. (cheap)
• One TRS gland (a rubber grommet that prevents breakdown of wire when running wire)

This system will hole about thirty clones, if you need more get more and put them side by side, or get a bigger box but this is harder to find. This is not 100% stealth some light can be seen through the holes in the top of the box, but hey its damn freakin close.



The reason I made you buy a non recycled box is because it will breathe properly, It will take the moisture inside of the grower and make it a mist. The recycled version will let the chemicals into the air, which will inturn damage the leaves and kill your roots.


Now that you have the perfect grow space. Take your light fixture and lay it in the centre of the upsidedown lid, now take a permanent marker and outline the light fixture.

Place the light fixture to the side, and then cut the outline you just made, your light should fit perfect in here and countersink. Make sure its snug, you dont want that bad boy falling on your plants.

Now its time to attach your fixutre I recomend bolting it in and then using superglue or a hot glue gun.


Now it is time to drill the lid of the box, take a 20 millimeter drill bit and drill a hole into one side of your lid, this will be used to put your cable through and bring it to your fixture.

After this is done take the rubber grommet and put it into the hole, this should make it nice and easy to slide your power cord through the hole.
Take one end of the cable and fasten the light fitting assembly.


Now its time to wire up your ballast,bBe careful on this step. You could burn down your house here . Your ballast should be marked with the letters L E N or L N E it all depends on who manufactured the light. Check the instructions that came with your ballast

Strip the end of your wire if not already done so,

• The yellow/green cable should be connected to the letter E.
• The Black/Blue cable should be connected to the letter N.
• The Brown/Red wire should be connected to the letter L.

Now, its time to wire up the male plug on the end of the cord, the male cord is the one with the prongs sticking out. the brown or red wire will connect to the right side of the terminal (the fuse). The Black or Blue wire will connect to the bottom left terminal. The yellow or green will connect to the top of the terminal.


Test the wiring by plugging it into the wall, fire it up and close the lid, you now made your first 007 grow box.

To use your 007 cloning box:

Take your new clones and put them into pots, the right size should give you 30 plants, I use jiffy pots. Water the soil of your pots. Plug your box in turn on the light and your off to the races!

The internat temerature should be fine with the light heating the air, open your box once a day to check on them but not much more then that otherwise the self sustaining purpose of this box will NOT WORK. Humidity ranges between fifty-four percent - sixty-eight percent.

The trouble with us is that our next grow is going to be in a different locale, when we start properly. This was going to be a proper one at first, but through unforseen events it has turned into a practise, a learning curve, the work experience you do before getting a proper job. Through my naive imaginings I estimated that we would need 40 females for 5 kilo of bud. So I bought 80 seeds. We now have 40 plants left, only half are going to turn out to be females, which should still leave 2.5 k, but that's not taking into account that we are growing in soil and messed up almost drastically at the beginning. So I think we're going to be lucky to see a kilo. We are going to invest in some bloom optimiser, supposed to be good stuff.

Yeah though rollitup, as soon as we start for real, we'll buy a few of those little stealth boxes. Let you know how we get on with them in like say about 4 months.
