2400 lumens for 10 clones?

I just bought 2 cfls like this 18 Watt Triple Tube 4 Pin 3000K Warm White produces a 2400 lumens in all , i also have many many neons all arround the clone shelfes
here are pictures of my set up grow4tho187 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting is this a good set up?
