now i know why i dont smoke honey oil,a few hit,s and the next morning i was still in a daze.what ever happend to oil/hash/weed joints all night long,followed by whats my name where is my lunch box.man am i old,but low tollerace saves money.i got fricken paranoid out of my tree smokeing oil.thats what happend years ago when i sufferd some brain damage,every hoot was freak city,then it dissapeared,but that honey oil brought it back,i hope not to stay.ive just been smoken for the pain at night so i could sleep,their have been no 1/2 ounce in the hooka and puff away untill you have no thoughts except the thoughts of the thoughts you had no thoughts about.

danm didnt see the tutorial,jammed it in as tight as it could get and used cheap butane,oh well next time.

i've seen nothing impressive in this thread so far, fdd2blk if you want to see what real oil looks like ill up some pics. I make it from start to finish in about 30-40min ready to smoke. No butane traped what so ever. Your oil still has gas traped in it thats why its such a dark color, ture oil looks like some white ear wax

butane is NOT brown. i think you are mistaken.

butane extraction produces different color goo depending on strain and whether it is trim or buds i get all different shades sometimes yellow sometimes brown it simply depends. it is just so easy no cheap butane though tried that once bad idea. the i thing i dont do is dry in the sun as light and sunlight in particular degrades thc. i stir every 12 hours and leave the glass bowl containing the goo near a slow fan in a few days it gets brittle dry and workable. at this point i dont like other hash making methods as the extracts are simply the strongest and waste the least thc also so fast and easy anyone could make some. as for the leftovers in the bowl i spray the bowl with a touch of alcohol and use a small bud to soak up the dissolved goo let dry and you have a little honey bud

i have bought dispensery hash and after smoking my own earwax i decided i did not want to smoke it. so i ran it thru my extractor with some trim the goo came out dark this hash was dark to begin with of course. but like i said every time i use different strains it seems the goo comes out different otherwise same methods
