no dude it was soil. but the bill went up like 7 bucks when i was veggin 24 hours and then it went down when i flowered to like 4 bucks extra.
and the carbon filter i built from a diy thread on this site. thats what i did its like the only diy carbon filter on this site.

Yea man I gotta jump on this. I think i'm gonna start it soon so when my AG is done I'll be able to clone and start flowering again. I just don't quite understand the ducts and the filter...but I'll read around I guess. I got some good soil ferts lying around so I'd like to use them hehe. Plus I always heard soil tastes better than hydro.

yea i think your right on the soil tasteing better, out of this box he grew 1 sugar blossom, 1 apollo and 4 c-99 plants. and they all tasted good.
you see that duct? well you can buy that shit at homedepot it comes in a small box but when you take it out it extende pretty long. then we bought a inline fan and put that in side the duct, right were we cut the hole we installed the fan. then we stuffed the rest of the duct with carbon filter. then for an intake we did basically the same thing you see on this side but no fan and no carbon scrubber.

this is what we used, we cut the hole in the tub put this just barely poking through the inside, then we used silicone cocking and then some duct tape for extra support, then we connected that flexible exhaust piping you see in the picture and taped that to this fan duct. anything else you unsure of? get back at me WOW
