d.i.y drying box

hi ev1 could really do with some input here, i made this box with a pc fan, wired to a power supply on low voltage to slow the fan down to pull air through the box , do you think this will work ok. p.s i need to make a lid yet so it will be dark in there during the drying process.

I did a similar DIY over a year ago, using a cardboard box. I used the warm air coming out of my sealed 1,000w HPS light unit to dry it in two days.
