I Have been reading the benifites of adding carbs and micro nutrients via molasses or other sorces of sugar extrants. Allong with the sugars it contains trance Elements.

I decided to make my own carbo laod with natural cheap products you can find at the grociery store. Heres the recipe

1/2 cup of mollasses
1/2 cup of maple surop
1/2 cup of Raw golden sugar
1/2 cup of honey

Heat in a med sauce pan just untill all the golden sugar melts disolves and the liqude bubbles. Its is Important not to sir this mixtur because the sugar will crystlize. just swirl the pot to cobine the mixture.

and presto a nice budd sweller/ sweetner. use it 1-4 tablespoons per gallon of water every other week or as often as you like to add your mollases

wouldnt this be like how some ppl add pineapple juice to try to get a sweeter taste to it? dose it really work?

No...adding a sweetner like sweetleaf is supposed to add a different flavor...but adding sugars is adding carbs.

post all the links you want on my thred, glad I got a response on this one. thanks father Jack.
I used my home made carboload. and I quessing it helped some. My three main colas are about a foot long and the fattest one is the diameter of a pop cane! I will try to get some pics today
