Everything you need you will be able to buy from home depot(besides the weed of course):

1. a slim jim trashcan
2. a piece of ply wood for the lid of the trashcan
3. Hooks or eyes
4. 4inch duct fan
5. medium duty tool replacement cord
6. paperclips
7. downy fabric softener
8. a rubberband
9. a thick drill bit for your black n decker(or a lighter to burn holes)
10. a saw
11.scissors
12.duct tape
procedure:
1. take your plywood and saw it down until it is only as large as the lid of your slim jim trashcan
2. begin to screw your hooks or eyes evenly spaced on one side of your plywood board.
3. drill(or burn) holes right below the rim of your trashcan. this will serve as your intake
4. at the bottom of the trashcan on the slim side use your dril bit(or lighter) to start a hole.
5. use your scissors to widen that hole to about 3.75" in diameter then serrate around the hole to allow the plastic to bend back so your fan fits snug
6. push your 4"duct fan through the hole with the fan blowing outwards for exhaust
7. use your rubber band to tie the downy softener around your duct fan
8. twist the wires for the tool replacement cord with their corresponding colors and fasten it with the duct tape
9. use your paperclips to tie your buds to the hooks or eyes
