Default 18 gallon rubbermaid setup

Okay I have a 18 gal rubbermaid 18.4 in x 23.4 in I've wired a bathroom light fixture to the lid 3 light sockets will b getting y adapters from hd which will take me to 6 bulb slots will b going with 5 23 watt daylight cfl's and 1 26 watt warm cfl inside of rubbermaid will b lined with foil sheets will b going with soil. What could b added to this setup to improve it also will flower at 1ft also have another rubbermaid if needed if plants outgrow first box can just cut and stack

Build in an exhaust fan with a passive intake using a PC fan.

okay i cut into the side and put in a 6 in fan gonna cut a hole on other side towards top and add a pvc pipe for outgoing air

Fill the 18 gal with dirt and go get a used 4oo or 6oo watt light over 2bins or 1ooow over 3bins each with 2 plants in each bin.Veg to 16 inches /flip Keepthe light on that shit for a lb {6oo/1k} or use the bin as a dwc res.
It will hardley be worth it if done with less than 4oow
The cfls are ok for veg but invest 175 in a 6oo w digital and have more meds for summer! Cheers
