    Default light times

    ive just brought a grow room from my local hydroponics store and now i need to know how much light my plant should get for growth then bud i am growing afgani big bud i got all the gear and information bar the light times

    18on 6 of for veg.

    12 on 12 off for bud

    some run there light 24hours a day, but i think the plants need to sleep.
