I use 2 100 watt CFL's at 6700K in a hooded reflector I made. I guess you could use say a standard 4 foot shop light with 2 x 40 watt flor tubes. When rooting clones you really don't need a whole lot of light in my opinion

how far down should the rectangle pvc be from the lid? or does that kind of depend on the sprayers? i won't have net pots, just neoprene discs.
I have my rectangle with the sprayers about 10 inches below the underside of the lid. Also you are gonna need some weather stripping to run along the top edge of your tote or else you will have a lot of water run off down the outside.

If you don't have a dome cover to fit your setup you will have to mist them several times a day. I don't have a cover for mine so I mist mine when I get up (10am) and then again when I go to work (2pm) when my girlfriend gets home she will mist them around 9pm and I mist them again when I get home from work (2-3am). As for the nutes I mist with...I usally just go to the flower room and fill my spray bottle 1/4 from the nute res and finish filling with ph'd tap water. Also I suggest you invest the extra cpl bucks and get a good sprayer, like a ZEP commercial spray bottle (Home Depot) . You can set the sprayer to an ultra fine mist which seems to work better more me....Hope this helps.

just about got mine built, i went with a 160 gph pump-- its not enough i'll get a 300 tomarrow. do you have to keep the water at like 75* or is that just for the bubblers.

Hey tat how many sprayers do you use, gro seems like it a few to many do you think 8 is enough(there about 3" from each other and 3" from the edge), my tub is 26" by 18" with 18 holes?

my newer aero cloner holds 80 clones and I put in 20 sprayers and its doing a great job

totally cracks me up, that is like the 10th different bathroom/growroom pic i have seen today. seems like everybody is growing in the tub these days. makes sense, you got water, and vessel to catch, discharge any extra. and i guess if you don't like bathing regularly. ha ha sorry, just personally amused. sweet lil cloner, i like ur foam seal around the edges. if rubbermaid only knew how many thousands of totes that are modified yearly. think us tokers should suggest some improvement for sizes, height, etc. they could just market a tote with holes already punched in there and save us some time. i really cant believe they haven't thought of it. i see guys making these things by the ass load n selling em. peace out! way to go !!!!
