Alright, so I sold something of mine for $500 and I'm going to get a Homebox XL.

I got the extra change to spend on something nice finally.

I only decided because of two things, one: I had the cash, and two: I don't have the time, I looked at the plant's schedule and the looked at my own family real life schedule and noticed there were holidays coming up and I had a ton of things to spend time on.

I had originally planned to copy your design. I'm going to be asking you questions in the future concerning environmental control concerns. It seems like you had your experience worth there.

I have a design preview of the AeroFlow2 clone I am creating.


What do you guys think? I'm buying the supplies tomorrow. If anyone is interested I can post a parts list and design drawings also.

This thread is going to die, but in it's place will be the evolution...

Here is the 600W HOMEbox XL and the DIY Aeroponics is under construction as we speak... I got side tracked and built a DIY Aeroponic fog cloner...

i have a 16 plant system as well....
8 on each shelf, 3 shelves, top one is for the 2 week cloning, next one down is half for 0-2 weeks and half for 2-4 weeks
next shelf down is half for 4-6 and other half is for 6-8.
i harvest 4 plants a week as well. i got my light setup so that each shelf is producing 30,000 lumens, all cfl's and tubes. i didnt like using the hps and mh lights so much in my closet that has no exits....no good venting and i dont like having the door open

some people grow for themselves, not really to sell to others. I have got a lil cabinet i bought from Home-Depot. Only 2.5x3x4 feet and i gott a switchable 400w mh/hps ballast in there! only 2 plants, but will make clones. I will say good job, and i wish that i DIDNT have to grow in a cabinet, and that i could grow in the basement...your lucky.
