hello all kinda new here but thought id add how me and a few friends burn it. we have a bubbler and a few bong attachments that you basically heat up a glass rod with a ball at the end of it with a torch and slowly dab the oil on with a pin. For sure the best way to smoke it ive tried. ive smoked it though a volcano (using oil screen)with decent results as well. all methods of creating it arebasically the same wetedn toput the ground up bud/trimmings in the freezer for a little while. totally agree with Fdd about evaporating thebutane slowly waybetter results. well just thought id add my two cents have agood one. oh and for different screens we have been using unbleached natural coffee filters with great results as long as the perferated side is facing down for the oil to flow through.

So I've seen.. I'm going to be melting some bud down soon. Can you tell me how much oil you think it would take to lightly coat a 1 gram bud?

I would say about a half a gram of oil should coat it pretty well.
