k well this is a how to to make a cheap CO2 injector for your grow room/box, it will not be regulated...you will have to inject the co2 manually but hey its CO2.


items needed.

1) paintball co2 tank (can use any but i dont know if the second part will fit on any other tanks, these are cheap tho 10-30 depending on size, u can get used ones for less) procaps - dxs 20oz co2 tank | Special Ops Online Store - Special Ops Paintball

2) paintball remote line (this is used so your air tank is not on your gun and can be placed on your back/leg) costs 10-20 (dont get the one with the slide check it isnt worth it and 20 bucks more...not needed unless your going to actually go paintballing with it) 32 degrees - coiled remote | Special Ops Online Store - Special Ops Paintball

3) paintball fill nipple (the remote line connects to this, which is connected to your grow box) (not needed for grow room) costs a dollar. Quick Disconnect - Male Ftg. -1/8" NPT | Paintball Gear

thats it

now to make it...

1) now connect the remote to your co2 tank, screws right on
(make sure the valve on top the part that connects to the co2 bottle is open (when this is open the co2 is off, when you screw the valve down co2 is released)

2) make a hole somewhere on your box big enough so the fill nipple will fit...seal it so no co2 escapes (silicone epoxy or glue gun glue will work)

3) connect the other end of the remote line to the fill nipple....viola

4) skip step 2 and 3 if the co2 tank will be inside the grow area

now to inject some co2 just screw down the valve on the remote line and screw it back up to close it. hope this helps someone

also you can buy the remote line with the slide check, it is 20 bucks more and all this will do is make injecting co2 the slide of a valve instead of the screwing of a valve (hence it is only necessary when ppl are trying to pummel you with paintballs and time is really of the essence)
