D.I.Y Homemade Waterfall bong (filtered)

this is the best investment i have ever made, ever since i made one of these this is the only way i smoke now, gets you the highest using the same amount if not less.

This is a homemade filtered gravity bong.
(i always feel like gravity bongs get you the highest)

Items you will need:
- patron bottle
- downstem
- bowl
- power drill
- diamond head drill bit (20$ at lowes)

All of items


Ok so we will begin with the patron bottle, clean it out.


also we will need our diamond head drill bit from lowes.


insert the drill bit into your power screw driver.


next you will drill two holes out of the bottom of the patron bottle, make sure to do this under some type of running water while drilling. (it doesnt take very long at all actually, maybe like 5 mins for each hole.


this is what it should look somewhat like.


now you need your bowl and down stem. (this is the great part, its a filtered hit. )




insert your bowl into the down stem


than insert your downstem into your patron bottle.


than wallah you are finished, insert your patron bottle into a body of water and enjoy.


once the patron bottle is full water, lift it and light what is in the bowl. than gravity will pull the water out of bottle and pulling your smoke in. once all the water is out remove your downstem and take that full hit.

Looks pretty cool but how does it hit? I guess the holes on the bottom act as a carb? Just curious. Not much different than a gravity bong and to have to carry around a bowl for it to drain into does not really seem practical nice job though.

I'm pretty sure it's not something you carry around as your regular smoking apparatus. Just something you pull out when a few friends are over at your crib, and you wanna get blazed with something a little different. More of a novelty item. Shit, I wouldn't mind having that joint! I'm pretty sure my friends wouldn't either! It's a good piece for some good times, with some good friends, blazing some good smoke while at home!

lol its all good, this is the greatest thing ever i think. I have mine in a cooler so i can just carry it around with me and open it lol. I do take it over to parties and stuff and later when i get seen around campus or town i get called the "cooler guy" lol. ill get a video of how it works hold up.

It hits real smoothe with the downstem in there to filter it, but if you dont hit it fast enough it will stale up.

lol quite a few people have already. This is not for new smokers, these hits get you VERY high. But for people who like to get BAKED, this is a NEED.
