i have been using rockwool in a tray with perlite under it, but i just found an easier way to take cuttings.

take a tray, put a bunch of perlite in it, like a inch deep.
take cuttings, stick them in the perlite, and add water.

all of mine take root in a few days, when ready pull them out and put where ever

i tried to find where ever to put them there but where ever wasnt where ever it should be so i couldnt.

I'll try this out. about how many days did they take to root for you? how much water? about 1/4 inch or just enough to get everything wet?

i have, made adjustments to this

fish tank ten gallon
left the syink old pebbles in

dumped the perlite in.
shoved clones in rockwool
sat on perlight
turned on light
wambango
done

the the oold way works like sjhit

You a soil guy? If so, try rapid rooter plugs and Vita Grow rooting compound (one of the few that has both hormones)

Thanks for the idea. Just ordered a buttload of perlite. gonna try this out. Been having bad luck with cloning lately.
