And I'm sure the cutting get plenty of the hormone into their system when you inetualy dip them... the rest hangs on, kind of like a past for a while. Any thing that gets washed off into the rez will only make it's way back to them eventually as they start sucking up the water.... I'm not sure of the specific science behind it... but it works =]

I have read on other forums that you can clone in a dwc the transplant to soil. Is this possible and if so how would someone do this. And if it is possible could someone do this if they were to keep a mother then clone off the mother and follow what BigD921 is doing for his12/12+CFL+HB's=perpetual experiment. I am trying to know if this could be good for a micro grow. Any thoughts?

cool guide but how do you build the hole thing (im a total noob) so what do i do with the pumps? also, what kind of pump? (link would be very muchos appreciated

Yes I do... I ph at 5.5.. and I check it everyday or so... but it stay steady with a slow drift up wards... by the time it gets to 6.0. I change the rez.

Transplanting from hydro to soil is easy... Simply prepair your pot with the soil and perlite or what ever you will be using... make a hole for the roots and plant... and cover up with more soil...

Here are 3 of the clones... yes these are the actual clones I started with in the picture of the cloner..

Well you have the air stone the tub... there is a hole big enough for the air line in the back of the tub close to the top (in case of leaks) you feed the line into the tub and connect it to the airstone.. connect the other end to the air pump.

zen great setup, i think i might try this! i am very new at growing and even newer at hydro. i think this might sound like a stupid question but could i flower the clones directly in the water filled plastic container? Also could i go 12/12 with the clones right away in order to keep them small?

say i want to do this, but with grow baskets and those rock things (omg brain froze up) how high should the water go on these?

Note: you still need to put hormone on the stem this just explains my medium .

1. Wilson™ rooting gel.
2. No damp™ liquid solution>prevents root rot .
3. jiffy pellets (pete moss cutting starter pellets/sacks)
4. heating pad or other residual heat accelerator.
5. Humidity dome.

Medium Method:
the trick here is the initial solution you use to swell your grow medium which is the peat pellets.
after you soak the pellet in the respective *Heated* no damp solution following its instruction label. sqeeze out all the excess ; You will then mix 1 tbl. spoon of the wilson rooting gel in 1 cup of cold filtered water and replenish the pelet with that solution then squeeze out the excess poke a hole 1 inch into the pellet with a squer and prepare to cut.

Any ways this has worked the best for me so far... I get very healthy and perfect sized root balls forming.... I even use this solution when I pre soke the 4"inch transplant pots before the initial transfer . then the hormone is cut off ! and its water and no nutes till that ball is formed in the transfer-pot .

Any ways you know the rest of the story try it for your self let me know what you think .
