I have a question. I have never cooked with cann. before. I want just a 1 serving kinda thing that i prepeare the ingredients and put in 1 gram, just for 1 serving because that is all i need. Any ideas.

The dose depends on a few things.

1. Strain.

2. Quality of ingredients.

3. Your tolerance level.

I make cannabutter with quality shake, small popcorn buds and sugar leaves. In addition to cannabutter replacing the oil required in my cookie recipe (Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix), I also add 1/4 ounce of quality bud that is ground to a fine powder in a coffee grinder. The powder is added to, and mixed into, the cookie flour prior to adding any wet ingredients.

This makes 36 cookies. One-quarter cookie is enough for a nice, functional high. A half-cookie gets me really stoned. A whole cookie is enough for a trip to the loony-bin.

The rule of thumb is to eat a MINIMUM amount, wait 45 minutes to an hour to gauge the effects ... then go from there.
