Ok I am a newbie to your forums so I was very unsure of where to place this great thread and I'm also a lil baked right now too so move or do somthing to it if you want or if its not in the right place.

So ya... usually whenever I get high I get very paranoid, discomforted, lose control of my body, have many crazy thoughts that go a million miles a second, and always think people are looking at me and know I'm high. It's not very fun stuff. You probably think pot is not for me but the reason I kept smoking was because I saw it as challenge that I could bout with. I had no idea how people could enjoy it or smoke daily.

I decided to make some tea with 1g I had. I grinded up the 1 g and put it in a tea bag. Place the tea bag along with a spoon full of butter in a cup and than poured boiling water over it. Steeped it for about an hour. I drank it and nothing happened an hour later was just kinda talking funnier than usual. I was really disappointed because this was the second time I tried this and failed. The first time I actually drank the weed too but this time I had it in a tea bag. So I took it out of the tea bag and dried it. Left it in a bag for a week. It didn't smell like weed, instead like somthing really dirty.

I took it to my friends house because we were going to watch harold and kumar. The movie was gona start in like 4 hours so I told him to roll my shitty weed just to see if it would work. We smoked it and the smoke didn't even smell like weed.

About 20 mins go by untill I realize I'm high, it took awhile because this high was amazingly different. Let me explain, I actuatly felt Euphoria for the first time. I read in descriptions that pot makes you feel like your on top of the world, well I have never had this feeling until I tried this pot. The funny thing is, I was not experiencing the bad aspects I usually do. I was hardly thinking at all, instead I was mystified by my environments. I was acting like a complete fool, and it felt like my thoughts didn't even go through my brain, they just came out of my mouth. I loved this feeling, it was the best high I had ever experienced.

So what I wanted to know is why was this high so much better for me? What the hell happened to the weed? Just clarify some things for me so I can get a awesome high like this again. Sorry for all the writing, i got carried away. THANK YOU

I don't understand, chemically, what happened.

What I DO know is that THC will NOT dissolve in water.. but it will in milk!!!!

when you harvest your plants and go through the curing process, you can do something called a water cure instead of using the mason jar method. when you water cure your plants, you let them sit in water for 7 days, replacing the water each day, then you dry them with a fan so that you can smoke the bud.

So when you say you smoked the bud you used in your tea, this is the only thing that pops into my head. i don't know tons about water curing, but it is supposed to change the smell, which is what happened with your situation, and it is supposed to change the high a bit too. apparently it also increases the potency of your final product.

so maybe when you were trying to make tea you ended up doing a mini water cure? i don't know, sounds plausable though.

and just a side note... if you want to make tea, boil your weed in water and milk for a half hour or so instead of just pouring hot water on your teabag. that should work much better.

For your tea recipe, would i put half water half tea in a tea pot and than a tea bag of weed in too than boil it? I don't wana stain the tea pot green though because it's not mine .

Heat or boil milk on the stove for about half hour and throw some bud in it then add chocolate syrup of somthin like that. About your experience i really believe that it was all in your mind: the setting determines the high a lot more than you think. You were in a comfortable setting with a friend you can trust, so you relaxed and had positive effects. The first time i was high in front of my parents i kept seeing them look at me and was paranoid but with some eye drops i got over this paranoia and was able to enjoy my high.

Dude, whit don't be a dumbass. Why would you want to take a drug that you have a bad reaction to? All drugs effect people in many differant ways, that is not an opinion that is a fact. You have to ask yourself why do something that is not enjoyable to you? Life is to short to purposefully engage in activities that you dont enjoy.

Will the milk method work with hempmilk or soymilk?

i tend to agree if this guy loses it from smoking he will lose it ten times worse if he eats it.
i tell everyone i know to use caution when eating Weed it is not the same high! you can get so totally messed up you lose it.
i once gave my brother a cookie i cut it into 4 quarter and gave him a stern warning do not eat more then a quarter at a time.
so his buddy asked for a cookie and my brother gave him a quarter. he bitched and moaned and claimed he was a big time stoner and this wont do anything to me bla bla bla.. my brother said hay man my brother told me no more then a quarter... this clown said aww your bro dont know shit and asked for more so my Brother gave him another half cookie.

and made 2 pans the guy must have eaten a couple Grams of weed and he was like a zombie for 12 hours or more the moron lever left the couch he just sat there when he finally came around he was saying things like i have never been this high before is it gonna stop????

so my advise is this guy should not eat it!!!!


what may have happened is that he lost most of the THC in the steep and only smoked a small amount enough to give him a slight buzz but not enough to cause stress.

The more fat the milk has the better, so whole milk would be the best along with some cream
