I like using the double boiler because the weed and butter does not go into the boiling water. The weed and butter stay in the top pan above the boiling water. I start out by eating 1/2 a normal size brownie to gauge the strength. My wife and i made the mistake of eating one and a half normal size brownies the first time i made some and went to a OZ Fest concert. We felt like we were tripping on acid it was so intense. I think we drank like 2 beers the entire day.. lol.

Hahaha yeah my mom thought my brownies weren't potent so once. When I came back from school, she was bumbling in the kitchen muttering about gay sex and how scary the lake looks. Funny stuff.
You know what, I always just used the word "crockpot" as an operating word. I suppose what I do would also be better described as a double-boiler.

However, if they tell you to put it in a jar, don't; jars leak as the metal that composes the cap expands from the heat, even if you test it to be waterproof first.

I just put 2.5 of schwag into 2 .5 sticks of butter and 2 cups of water. Low boil for 45 min. I hope it works.

i get trails and mild visual effect with potent edibles combined with smoking but i have done lsd a few times in the past(10 years ago). so that could be why this happens

THC is classified as a hallucinogen by it's pharmacology as well as a depressant and even a stimulant in cases
do you any experience with psychadelics?
then you should know from experienc why it works so well to amplify the experience
if you're coming down off of shrooms or even the day after a heavy LSD trip a blunt can pick you back in a trip
THC can definetly act as a hallucinogen in certain cases usually only noticeable at high doses or in combination with other things
but look in to some..
don't mean no come off as snobby or cocky i just hear ppl say this kind of thing a lot and they are wrong

i recently made green milk (bhang) with 14 grams of many strain mixed shake(all top tier strains) in a 1/2 gal of whole milk simered for 1 and 1/2 hours. i drank a cup full last night and today im still all screwed up mild visual effect meaning trails and a general feeling of mild confusion. i have to focus more when trying to post im definetley very intoxicated and i generally have access to strong strains and extracts so my tolerance is high. if i had drank this with a lower tolerance from weaker strains it would probably be a bit much. for a recreational smoker it would likely be too much. i have more still but debate drinking more though i am not working today. i will say it is definetley true that hallucinagens are enhaced or made stronger when cannabis is involved. personally i would probably have a bad day without the combination when tripping. i would certainly agree that days later smoking can bring some of the effects of hallucinagens right back this is common knowledge among people i know who have used shrooms lsd etc..
