I'm waiting on my brownies to come out. I used a half cup of cannabutter in the recipe, and it's going to make about 12 brownies. That works out to be about 3/4 gram of bud per brownie. As soon as they come out I'll eat 2 or 3 and let whoever cares know about the results. Note that I also haven't eaten any food since last night around 11.

Dave, I am interested I have been trying to find a little healthier way to enjoy 'erb. But I always taste the weed?????? I am thinking that any recipe you make with 'erb or cannabutter you need to add a bit more regular butter or an extra egg if it calls for it. I think this may keep them from being so dry, and maybe more enjoyable. I don't have alot of 'erb to experiment with. What kind of 'erb are you using is it commercial or your own or do you know where it is coming from, I mean REALLY know where it is coming from. I on the other hand have access only to commercial shit... so I am not getting much off the baked goods. I get high off it when smoking.... For cooking I use regular commercial weed, have no idea where it's exactly from considering it's prob. already been through a dozen people by the time it gets to me. I just can't afford to be turning $400 ounces of prime nugget into one cup of butter. I'll usually just go get 2 Oz's or a QP and just throw it all into a big batch of cannabutter, (1 O=1 stick) and then you can just use the butter in most recipies normally. I advise that you up the amount of butter called for slightly, simply because the cannabutter is not 100% just butter, like, if it calls for 1/2 cup, use just under 3/4. For these brownies I went out and bought Ghirardelli brownie mix. It calls for 1/3 cup of oil in the mix, I used 1/2 cup of butter, and it turned out excellent. BTW, I just ate 3 brownies 35 minutes ago, I think I may be beginning to feel it slightly.

There is no nasty taste either, maybe just a slight hint of cannabis oil, but not bad by any means.

250 grms white widow trim
2 lb butter
3.5 grms honey oil
5 grms scissor hash
butter and trim was simmered then strained. then the other ingredients were added. i'm going to see "The Messengers" in 2 hours. i think it's time for some toast. hehehehe

I haven't smoked since last night.
I used 40 grams for 2 1/2 sticks of butter on my most recent batch of cannabutter, and I've decided that it could use a little more. I'd say use an ounce for every stick for any decent potency. So, a lb. would be 4 Oz's.

Feelin' pretty good.
