Making Canna Oil Stronger...
I ran 3 litters of oil in a 5 qt crock pot filled with trim (mainly fan-sugar leaves + smaller pop corn buds about 8 plants worth) I let it run for 8 hours in attempt to pull more of the cbn-cbd out of the leaves I wanted oil that killed the pain + would keep me asleep for more then a hour at a time..
issue I had was it's really kinda weak (which is to be expected using 3 litters of oil )
So I ended up with 2 -32 oz mason jars + another 20 oz jar I am planing on taking the 32 oz canna oil and adding it to a fresh set of dry (better) trimmings and letting her run for another 8 hours
Have my folks arriving Fri eve and though they know and approve of me using MMJ ( I'm still not a fan of smoking MMJ around them.)
I have plans on making 2 batches of Peanut Butter Cookies will update the thread as I get my ass moving for the day and start the oil...
ALSO....
3 ltrs oil is like 101 oz... I would up with aprox 85 or so..
(used costco's 3 oil blen canola grapeseed and oilve oil..) was there really 15+ oz evaped (used a potato ricer to squeeze the mix once I was draining it... thought I would loose about 1-2 oz max..)
anyone else reused weaker oil??

OK this am made 2 packs of the oatmeal cookies (uses 1 cup oil awesome!!)
sorry the top got cut off.. it's Betty Crocker brand.. (about 1.25$) make 30 cookies (2 packs STILL make 30 cookies if done RIGHT!)
and here they are done.. (the glass unbaked one is for wifey and kids... they get pretty pissed if I got cookies and they cant eat them!! so..
and here I am testing it... tastes great... lets see how well this works today..

I know how it is with the wife and kids getting upset if you don't make them any. Happens all the time, though not enough these days.
Especially when i make my hard candies, the kids get all sortsa pissed. lol. So i usually have them help me with theirs and as theirs are cooling i make mine, without their help...
little over an hour now since I ate the cookie..
no pain at all at this point which is great... and got all my housework done before the folks get here so it gave me a boost of energy as well.
eyes are VERY dilated and red.. have not smoked anything at all today woke up ate some canna caps + coffee and watched the Orionid Meteor shower start.

been an hour no loss in the pain killing part.. but did sneak another smaller piece and then cleaned up outside... took a shower... this was an interesting experience to say the least.. (read on here that another user LIKES to do that when high...) I found it kinda confusing and felt like everything was in very slow motion...
still bunches of energy (did use about 2 oz + immature headband buds) so that explains the energy boost... but typing this sentence is getting more difficult..
hope I dont fall asleep as the time passes..

been a few hours and had another small bite right now... still loads of energy and a fan of the reuse of oil for sure...
have always wondered what the oil and thc saturation would be never really could find a real solid answer..

I love cleaning when im high. Funny thing is, I never have the energy to do it while not being high. I lose concentration or get side tracked a little easier when im not high. Like today.. lol
Sooooo agree... Infact not much I can do without using MMJ been off all my meds (legally pres..narcotics for 22 years) never had my wife and kids so happy to have me "NORMAL" again..Originally Posted by bigbillyrocka
there are times where edibles make me a bit sleepy but I dont get the goofy "kid" high I use to as a teenager.. (which is fine by me) the MMJ does not stop the pain it makes me go "meh.. it's not so bad" and stop thinking about it.. bad thing is My tolerance is very high.. smoking about 6-10 grams a day usually about 1 j every2 hours or so.. from about 5am till about 8pm thank GOD it's legal to grow here... gioua, i make canna-caps with coconut oil. decarb material in oven for 25 minutes at 250, then double boil just below a boil in coconut oil for at least 4 hours. i use the 00 caps, but found most can hardly handle the 0 ones. the fat in coconut oil bonds with the cannaninoids and is easier for our body to take in. so basically, you get more bang for your buck....peace
