I take 3 mason jars, and split a 1/5 of 150 proof everclear between them. Then I grind an ounce of buds finely with a coffee grinder for each of the jars. I put those jars on a seed matt for 30 days, shaking vigorously every day. Good stuff.

how much bud you use per jar of alcohol?

What we do here since we have 3 smokers in the house is this, we take a bottle of our favorite booze here its capt morgan and we just slowly add all our stems and shake from every bag and let it rest ontop of the fridge for a few months. we add to it and shake it up every day. After a few months that shit gets super dank, tastes horrible but gets you hammered.

At the end of the 30 days, do you strain it? If so, with what?

Yes, I strain it through a fine metal screen, so I can press the soaked herb. You want it to be free of all solid material. I use it several ways, including a few drops under the tongue, which burns like a mother fucker, but it works. I also put a dropper full in a cup of coffee or oj. The next time I make some I'm going to add it to a bottle of standard lotion to try to see if it helps with my back, high hopes for that one.

Sounds like an interesting try. I use arnica gel with fantastic results for me and hubby. There are several kinds of products using this amazing natural pain reliever. You can get Arnicare from amazon, for example.

I make golden dragon with my vaped weed and tequila. I usually put in about a 1/2 oz with 1/2 a fifth and let it sit for a month. Tastes pretty damn good.

IMO youre wasting your bud if you dont use everclear or grain alcohol(anything 151 or higher)
to strain you can use a cheesecloth with or without a metal strainer
always wring it out like a wet towel in the cheese cloth, get all those juices!
if you want you can use a kitchen garlic press to further pressure strain the wet flower

that goes tge same for the fast method as well
