i posted this in the eating vs drinkinking thread, but here it is again, super easy! if you are in alot of pain though, i would use 1 gram of kief!
- a good idea might be a kief hot chocolate. just bring some whole milk (must be whole as the higher fat content will absorb more goodness!) up to temperature slowly and add some kief. try about 1/2 gram per cup and work your way up or down depending on tolerence or desired effect. simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes and then add your hot chocolate mix and get ready for the ride!
