i ususally use 1 oz to 1 stick of butter... each batch makes around 12-15 cookies.

edit: OP: when i cook, i go by this rule of thumb: 1oz sugarshake = 1/4oz good bud = 3(ish) grams of hash/kief

You can use leaves but not stems, there's nothing on em.
