Just got a pressure cooker - after preparing ordinary garden veg carrots etc (also lentils).I can make a soup in 10 mins. - just wondering if anyone's used a pressure cooker to prepare canna-butter or other yummy things that require a long simmer - it would save loads of cooking time i reckon -also pressure cooking preserves all vitamins and nutrients of the veg. - would this apply to thc content? anyone used one for this? not sure whether to try it or not.
