I love creme cheese too.

Try this: The next time you scramble eggs, use one extra egg yolk (seperate the white and throw it away), then right before the eggs are done, put a couple of tablespoons of creme cheese in the mix and let it melt down a little. Yummm!

my wife and i just learned how to make cheese cake about 2 years ago. we ate it for 6 months straight. i don't think i've eaten it since. i still love cream cheese though.

Another great use for cream cheese is in sauces. I use it in Alfredo or a nice creamy mix of marinara and sausage...I have to say that I will never understand vegans...alright, you don't want to eat meat, but a life without cheese...that's just crazy.

I'm going to try some chocolate cream cheese wontons. Just got this home deep fryer and I'm do all kinds of neat things. Iv never had a deep fryed candy bar but I will in a few days. Deep fryed snickers. ummmmmmm
