This is by no means a recipe but a noobs expirement that turned out quite pleasantly.

I'm just recently signed by my doctor so I don't have my ample stash yet, I'll probably need to medicate from street bags for a little while. Anyhow not much pot at one time but I did want to try consuming some marijuana without smoking so thought I'd make a tiny bit of coffee creamer. Here's what I did:

I took a very small Tupperware bowl and put about 2 tablespoons of hot water in it to this I added 1&1/2 teaspoons of non dairy creamer powder and to make sure I had enough fat to dissolve the good stuff I added 2 drops of olive oil. I took this and put it in the microwave for about ten seconds, I took it out again stirred it a bit and the crumbled a small nug into it. About enough to fill the bowl of a regular cheap pipe. That's two good buzzes for me, it doesn't take alot. I stirred this around for a few minutes
and then hit the nuker again, just a couple seconds at the slightest sign of bubbles I pulled it out and stirred it again for a few minutes. I did this 3 times and then strained it into a cup of coffee.

I'd read that canna butter doesn't have the greatest taste in the world so I figured the cream probably wouldn't either. So when I made my pot of coffee I sprinkled a little cinnamon into the grounds. This made for an actually pleasant cup of coffee. I could taste a hint of leafiness but it combined well with the cinnamon flavor. 45min after drinking it I fealt nothing. I figured I had gotten it too hot and steamed off all the noids. So I met some friends at a wine bar, I felt OK driving since I wasn't high, I get there and sit down, I look at my buddy and say "Holy Crap Dude! Am I ever high!!!" It's been a bit over 4 hours since I realized how buzzed I was and it still feels the same way. With smoking I'd have needed more tokes by now.

I've always smoked and this is the first time consuming cannabis this way. It may take a little practice learning how to dose myself this but hey, I don't mind the practice!
