I've never made butter myself yet, but a buddy of mine did without a crockpot. He put everything in a large frying pan and kept it covered on low heat stirring occasionally for like 4 or 5 hours I think. Then he strained it through doubled up cheese cloth sitting in a wire strainer. He used his good weed to make the butter then made brownies, half of 1 got me pretty stoned and a whole 1 got me fucked up. Hope this helps
