1 dozen stale pastries or donuts
1/4 cup melted canna butter
3 whole eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup ripe mashed bannanas

Pre heat oven to 375
Cube donuts up and place in a casserole dish making sure its buttered. Next pour over butter and mix with hands well. In a bowl lightly beat eggs, milk, sugar and spices. Mix in bannans and pour this over the donuts and mix well making sure to incorporate all ingredients well. Bake uncovered for about 45 mins or until an inserted knifeor toothpick comes out clean.

serve with a vanilla cream sauce amd sit back and melt into your couch.
