what a long process lol not really but in the process of making my butter i broke my keyboard so i couldnt respond then i spilt the butter in the process of straining thru cheese cloth lol but i scrapped butter off my floor and then today i got around to making peanut butter fudge so after im done with work today im gonna go eat me some and let ya know what i think...

i like it bro. looks like my guide is mostly reitteration, good job.
my only advice is 2hrs high, 2hrs low. i've done the 1/3 and i just get more high with 2/2

How do you separate the solids? or could you just start with clarified butter??

lol sorry wasn't thinking about the cloth holding the solids. I don't know rather to try the last of my last harvest or wait for the trim from the next.
