Ingredients-

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
Butane Honey Oil in whatever amount you see fit. i use about a half gram

Flavor as desired. ive used -

1 tablespoon cocoa (and 1/4 teaspoon mint ext. for choco-mint!)

blended strawberries

1/4 teaspoon vanilla ext. (ganja root beer floats!!)

blended peaches

really, with flavors the possibilities are truly endless!

You will need -

1 gallon ziplock bag
1 quart ziplock bag
ice
salt


To start, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan on low heat, covered, stirring often(dont let a skin form). once hot, stir in your honey oil( honey oil - made using butane. a tutorial.). this will take a while, i suggest using many small pieces of oil so it melts easier. with a candy thermometer make sure the cream gets to 220F but dont let it boil. put hot cream into the freezer to cool.

while the cream is cooling you can measure out all your other ingredients, prepare your flavoring if necessary, and smoke a bowl with BHO on it(you didnt put ALL of it in the ice cream did you?).

okay, now were going to make ice cream. mix the cream, milk, sugar, and flavoring in the quart bag and seal it good. fill the gallon bag 2/3 with ice and pour in about 1/4 cup of salt. now place the quart bag inside the gallon bag, cover it with the salty ice, and shake the bag for about 20 min. it helps to just set the bag on a towel on the counter or table and rock it back and forth by the zipper because the bag gets extremely cold.

after 15-20 min you have ice cream the consistency of soft serve. you can eat it immediately or put it into the freezer for another 20 minutes for regular ice cream consistency.


okay, so maybe you took more than an hour. but your eating delicious homemade ganja ice cream without a list of ingredients a paragraph long(monosodiuhhhhh, what?...and what the hell is carrageenan?). hope you enjoy!

you cant just eat bud. the thc must be converted by heat. thats why you have to make sure it gets to 220F.

It doesnt HAVE to be converted by heat, your stomach acids just can't break down plant matter well, therefore is doesn't release much of the THC, but by eating bud you will still get high.

i made strawberry the other night with some friends. one fat scoop each and in an hour we were all passing out!

i didnt rock the ice bag long enough on this one, i got lazy and threw it in the freezer before it was done. BAD IDEA....the first round was fine but the next day it was frozen solid so keep rocking!
