Or do all my leaves and stems have to be dry?

Just curious. I have 6 plants im gonna use about 1-1 1/2 ft tall each. I have em drying as we speak

I've never made it, but wouldn't the chlorophyll taste be worse from a fresh plant, than a cured plant?

i think it would taste worse but never tried it
i would dry first
