is there anyway to make a cannabis mouthspray with out everclear i saw a vid on high times for a spray that was 2 parts. 1/2 oil the other half alcohol i would be very interested to find out what i need for this. is this indeed a tincture? im not sure about these things any help would be appreaciated +reps to those who do

As for the mouthspray, you could make THC oil and put that in a bottle and try to dissolve the liquid in what i call mint water

"mint water" is not water at all it is actually mint(spearmint) bought from your local health foods store or even wal-mart might carry it, but get a pinch and I mean a pinch, and put that in an equal amount of the THC oil that you would be using, and then add in either... High quality RUM, 75%+, or cooking oil, Though cooking oil might add a slippy taste to it.

It's all up to you! Try this make your own up, the only limit is how much weed you got!
