I haven't heard the word bammer in years. Bammer is brown mexican brick weed. As I remember it doesn't get you high but does give you a nasty headache (I think caused by the pesticides they use on it).

I wouldn't buy any weed described as "bammer" ever. Better off getting yourself some standard US grown schwag.
