One of my favorite munchies is mac n cheese its fast and easy and delicious

all you need is

2-4 cups cooked macaroni pasta
1/4 cup canna butter
1 bag of mexican 3 cheese blend shredded cheese or whatever you want
salt and pepper tt
1/4 cup milk or cream
bread crumbs to coat the top

pre-heat oven to 350 deg
grease or spray a baking dish similar to a brownie pan
put the still hot pasta in the baking dish add butter cream and cheese and stir well to incorporate add bread crumbs and bake for about 45 mins or till the bread crumbs are golden brown enjoy

Here's another one using cheese:

4 T finely ground sensi buds (clean out all coarse twigs). Really pack that tablespoon.
2-3 T feta cheese crumbs
2-3 T olive oil

Mix all ingredients in a small microwave safe glass bowl. Add more feta or olive oil if the mix seems dry. Heat on medium high for 2 minutes. Watch closely to make sure it doesn't boil. When it starts to boil its done. Stir.

Mix feta/olive oil/sensi with about 1/3 cup hummus (make sure it has lots of fresh garlic and fresh oregano and basil). Serve with toasted pita wedges.

Depending on the person this is one serving or up to three.
