I'm about 2 weeks til harvest and my good friends bday is coming up and I wanted to cook him some brownies for it. I doubt the harvest will be done drying by then, but is it necessary let the final product dry for the 7-10 day period when being used for cooking purposes?
Anyone have any experience with this?
