Default Coconut oil

Has any one tried to use coconut oil instead of olive oil or butter it has omega 3's and efa's that i want to get out of using it but its not that high in sat. fat.

yeah, i use coconut oil when i make my capsules and it works great, tastes good, and has alot of those efas like ya said. check out my grow if you want to see it.

and it smells so good when youre cooking with it!

I'm pretty sure coconut oil is much higher than olive oil in saturated fats. It seems to be the most recommended oil for thc extractions. It's what I use and it works for me.

i prefer extracting the thc with oil or butter... ill have to try coconut oil next time...anyway i know some one who put his bud in a coffee grinder and just mixed it in with his bake.. will that work

As long as there is oil/butter in the mix it should be ok.
