what you need is nutella, a chewy granola bar (I like chocolate chunk) and some vanilla ice cream.....oh and 1-3 grams of pot. I did try it with 3 grams just to see how much taste I could mask...it was almost scary, but didnt

I use a small bowl that I use to make esspresso. The hazelnut spread sticks the the sides so use the smallest bowl posible. Start with breaking or grinding up the pot. Add a spoonfull of nutella and mix it up. It hides the taste well. Then break up the granola bar and mix it in. The granola hides the texture. Add a scoop of ice cream and enjoy, and best of all there isnt any cooking so more THC.

Im a little confused by this, but how does this get you high? I thought THC had to be heated up to a certain temp to become active...?

yeah not sure how this way did it for him. i know people do make sherbet/ice cream but i know it's with like (if they use butter) canna butter that obviously it's already been simmered/heated and you could just eat the butter.

it can do stuff for you by just eating it but not nearly as effective

I've had no problem getting high eating bud without heating it

I would think heat would work to break the thc down personally

Meatwad, you need to do a better job of researching.

All Degrees in Fahrenheit:

222/+: Decarboxylation (Carboxyl groups removed, making weed more potent. I recommend 225 for up to half an hour in an oven, to avoid burning.)
325-355: THC bonds to fat molecules (if you're making brownies, etc, try not to go past the 325 range)
355-392: THC "boils" (vaporizes; avoid this temperature; this is the temperature [392] you would set on the volcano vaporizer).

To further add to this, this body cannot process marijuana efficiently if its ingested, unless the cannabinoids are bound to fat molecules. That's why cooking with oil, butter, etc works, when heated. When ingested, the liver converts and processes THC into 11-Hydroxy-Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol, abbreviated as 11-OH-THC. It's the main active metabolite of THC which is formed in the body after cannabis consumption.[1] 11-Hydroxy-THC has been shown to be active in its own right[2], but the effects produced are not necessarily identical to those of THC.[3] This might partially explain the biphasic effects of cannabis, whereby some effects such as increased appetite tend to be delayed rather than occurring immediately when the drug is consumed.[4] 11-Hydroxy-THC is subsequently metabolised further to 11-nor-9-carboxy-THC, which is not psychoactive but might still play a role in the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of cannabis.


Ingesting gives a more powerful, more sedative "stone" than smoking in most occassions. There are PLENTY of ways to successful eat weed, the right way, just look around on the internet.

So heating the nuttella weed mix in the micro would have a better effect to release chemicals? Since a small source of heat is provided and the THC and all that jazz can cling to fatty nuttella?

I will have to do some expermenting some time with the heat. I don't really eat it all that much. Mabee once a month or so, whenever I do it seems to last a long time and a has a fricken lathargic effect.

In regards to how stoned I get from it. I have mixed in as little as a gram of good mex pot with effects. somewhere inbetween 1 and 2 will send me good. 3 is not recomended. Again I am working with shitty pot. I think a gram of high qaulity would be a good buzz.
